Do I have to be home for pick up or delivery?
Not at all! We provide a fully contactless service for your convenience. Simply leave your laundry in a designated safe spot, and we’ll handle the rest automatically.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Yes! You can easily customize your cleaning preferences for every order. Whether it’s specific detergents or drying instructions, just let us know in the app or order notes.
Do we separate whites from colors?
Yes! We handle all the sorting for you by separating whites, lights, and darks. We also take extra care of your delicates by placing them in a specialized mesh laundry bag for protection.
Do I need to provide an inventory list of my clothes?
You don't have to! Our team performs a professional "piece count" during check-in to ensure every item is tracked and accounted for until it's delivered back to you.
What is the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 48 hours. If you need your laundry sooner, select the "Next-Day Express" option for an additional fee.
What happens if I leave something in my pocket?
While we check pockets, InvisiWash is not responsible for items left in clothing or damage they may cause. Please check your pockets before bagging your laundry!
