InvisiWash: Full-Service Laundry Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) dictates the conditions under which InvisiWash (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides laundry services. These services include, but are not limited to, wash & fold, self-service, pickup and delivery, and all subscription-based plans.

By engaging our services, you (“Customer”) confirm that you have read, comprehend, and consent to be legally bound by this Agreement. This contract is solely between the Company and the Customer and does not establish a partnership, joint venture, bailment, agency, or fiduciary relationship.

Garment Care, Missing, or Damaged Items:

• Standard of Care: The Company utilizes industry-standard, commercially reasonable methods for washing, drying, and folding.

• Processing by bag: Laundry is processed under either a subscription plan or a one-time order. Subscription orders are fulfilled by plan-based bag, and one-time orders by the number of bags at pickup. Each bag has no weight limit, and no individual item counts are performed.

• Care Instructions: Due to operational workflows, the Company does not review or adhere to manufacturer care labels.

• Equipment: Laundry is processed using professional-grade washers and dryers designed for high-quality cleaning results.

• Liability Limits: InvisiWash assumes no liability for:

  • Ordinary wear and tear.

  • Color bleeding, fabric shrinkage, or material degradation.

  • Damage to items labeled as "delicate" or requiring "special care."

• Stains: We do not offer a guarantee for the complete removal of stains.

• Personal Effects: The Company is not responsible for the loss of or damage to items left in bags or pockets (e.g., currency, jewelry, electronics, or other personal belongings).

• Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to decline service for any item at our sole discretion.

• Weight Variations: Customer acknowledges that moisture levels and handling may cause variances in recorded weights.

• Assumption of Risk: Customer agrees not to include any items for service where the potential loss of that garment is considered unacceptable.

• Processing Locations: We may process laundry at any facility owned by or affiliated with InvisiWash.

Claims and Reporting Window:

Any claims regarding damaged or missing goods must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of the completed pickup or delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes a formal waiver of the claim.

Pickup & Delivery Services:

Customer acknowledges that pickup and delivery involve logistics and routing. InvisiWash is not liable for delays resulting from weather, traffic, access restrictions, incorrect address data, or Customer unavailability. Any loss or damage occurring during transport is subject to the same liability limitations outlined in this Agreement.

Allergy Disclaimer:

Laundry is handled in shared commercial equipment. Residual traces of chemicals or detergents may be present and may not be hypoallergenic. By using our services, the Customer assumes all risks associated with skin sensitivities or allergic reactions.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability is limited to general monetary damages not exceeding the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. InvisiWash shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, whether foreseeable or not. Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without express or implied warranties. This represents the Customer's exclusive remedy.

Force Majeure:

The Company shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, equipment breakdown, labor shortages, utility outages, or government mandates.

Entire Agreement & Governing Law:

This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the parties and can only be amended in a writing signed by both parties. This Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, regardless of conflict of law principles.

InvisiWash Subscription Terms of Service:

These Subscription Terms apply to all recurring services offered by InvisiWash. By enrolling in a subscription, the Customer agrees to these terms in addition to the Full-Service Laundry Terms listed above.

Subscription Framework:

• Plan Details: Pricing, benefits, and minimum commitments are outlined on our specific subscription pages.

• Commitment: Certain plans may require a minimum duration or spend. Benefits are provided based on the Customer's financial commitment and are due regardless of actual service usage.

Renewal & Cancellation:

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

• Refunds: Early termination does not qualify for a refund unless expressly required by law.

• Management: Customers may manage or cancel plans via our digital platform or by contacting support.

Adjustments:

The Company may update pricing or subscription features with prior notice. Continued use of the service after thirty (30) days of such notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Billing & Payments:

• Non-Refundable: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where legally mandated.

• Minimum Spend: Failure to reach a plan’s minimum spend requirement may result in a loss of plan benefits or account termination.

• Payment Security: Authorized payment methods are stored securely and charged as per the plan schedule.

Termination:

The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions for violations of these Terms. In such cases, prepaid fees may be forfeited.

Liability & Jurisdiction:

Subscription services are provided “as is.” InvisiWash is not liable for incidental or consequential damages related to your subscription. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
