Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 11, 2026
Last Updated: August 11, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to www.invisiwash.com and your purchase or use of services offered by InvisiWash, LLC (“InvisiWash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Our services include residential and commercial laundry care, Wash & Fold, pickup and delivery, recurring laundry plans, linen care, dry-cleaning coordination, garment inspection and stain treatment, pressing and steaming, specialty garment care, bedding care, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By placing an order, enrolling in a recurring plan, requesting Services, or otherwise using our website or Services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Customer Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase Services.

If you place an order for another person, household, or business, you represent that you have authority to provide the items and accept these Terms on their behalf.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, address, payment, access, pickup, delivery, and service information. InvisiWash is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

2. Services

The Services available at a particular address may vary by location, schedule, item type, capacity, and availability.

Service descriptions, turnaround times, prices, bag capacities, plan benefits, and available options are displayed on our website or provided in a written commercial-service proposal. The terms displayed when an order is placed form part of these Terms.

We may accept or decline any order or item when reasonably necessary for safety, capacity, service-area, equipment, payment, legal, or operational reasons.

3. Bag-Based Wash & Fold Service

Standard Wash & Fold is priced by the selected InvisiWash bag rather than by the exact weight of each order.

The approximate maximum capacities currently displayed on our website are:

  • Personal Bag: up to approximately 15 pounds

  • Standard Bag: up to approximately 25 pounds

  • Large Bag: up to approximately 35 pounds

  • Linen Care Bag: up to approximately 25 pounds of eligible towels and linens

Bag capacities are approximate. Actual capacity may vary depending on the size, density, moisture level, and type of items placed inside.

Bags must close securely without excessive force. Laundry may not extend substantially above the top of the bag or prevent safe handling.

If a bag is overfilled, materially exceeds its stated capacity, contains items that do not qualify for the selected service, or cannot be handled safely, we may:

  • Treat the excess as an additional bag

  • Contact you for authorization of an additional charge

  • Remove and return ineligible items

  • Reschedule or decline the order

We will not impose an additional charge without disclosing it and obtaining any authorization required by law.

Bulky bedding, specialty garments, dry-clean-only items, pressing or steaming, and other separately priced items are not included in a standard Wash & Fold bag unless expressly stated.

Individual item counts are not ordinarily performed for bag-based Wash & Fold orders. Customers should maintain their own inventory of items submitted for service.

4. Linen Care

The Linen Care Bag is intended only for eligible household or business towels and linens.

Clothing, heavily soiled industrial textiles, rugs, oversized bedding, contaminated materials, and specialty items may be excluded or priced separately.

We may contact you before processing if items submitted in a Linen Care Bag require a different service or additional charge.

5. Specialty Garments, Bedding, Dry Cleaning, Pressing, and Steaming

Specialty garments, bedding, dry cleaning, pressing, steaming, and other individually priced services must be identified when ordering or presented separately from standard Wash & Fold items.

Specialty Garment Care is available only for garments that InvisiWash determines can reasonably be processed using the selected service. We may review care labels and use fabric-appropriate washing, drying, low-heat, air-drying, folding, or hanging methods when appropriate.

Identification of an item as a specialty garment does not guarantee that it can be safely cleaned or that every stain can be removed.

Dry-cleaning and certain specialty services may be performed by qualified third-party service providers. Applicable limitations imposed by those providers may also apply.

We may decline items that lack readable care instructions, appear structurally unsound, contain unstable dyes, have preexisting damage, or present an unreasonable risk of damage during cleaning.

6. Garment Preparation and Customer Instructions

Before pickup, you must:

  • Empty all pockets

  • Remove valuables and personal property

  • Secure zippers, hooks, and similar fasteners when appropriate

  • Separate items requiring specialty treatment

  • Identify known stains or special-care concerns

  • Ensure bags do not contain prohibited or hazardous materials

  • Provide accurate and complete service instructions

General preferences are subject to service availability and safe-care requirements. We may decline an instruction that could damage an item, equipment, other property, or create a safety risk.

If instructions conflict with a care label or appear unsafe, we may contact you, use our reasonable professional judgment, or return the item unprocessed.

7. Items We Do Not Accept

Unless expressly approved in writing under a suitable commercial-service arrangement, do not submit:

  • Items contaminated with blood, bodily fluids, human or animal waste, or infectious material

  • Medical or biohazardous laundry

  • Needles, syringes, blades, or other sharp objects

  • Flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, or hazardous substances

  • Items contaminated with oil, fuel, solvents, paint, pesticides, or industrial chemicals

  • Items affected by bedbugs, lice, fleas, mold, or another active infestation

  • Items containing excessive pet hair or strong animal waste contamination

  • Wet items that have been stored long enough to develop mold or mildew

  • Currency, jewelry, electronics, keys, identification, medications, documents, or valuables

  • Items prohibited by law or unsafe for ordinary laundry equipment

We may refuse, isolate, or return an order that contains prohibited or unsafe items. The customer may be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for reasonable costs caused by undisclosed hazardous or prohibited materials.

8. Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery are available only within participating service areas and during available service windows.

You must provide safe, lawful, and reasonably accessible access to the designated pickup or delivery location. You are responsible for gate codes, building instructions, parking information, and any authorization required for us to enter or leave items at the location.

If you authorize an unattended pickup or delivery, you accept the ordinary risks associated with leaving laundry in an accessible location, including weather exposure, theft, animals, building restrictions, or third-party interference before pickup or after delivery.

Risk associated with an unattended pickup remains with you until InvisiWash takes possession of the order. Risk associated with an unattended delivery returns to you once the order has been delivered to the location you authorized.

If we cannot safely or lawfully access the location, we may contact you, reschedule the service, return the order to our facility, or cancel the affected pickup or delivery.

Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, order volume, equipment issues, access problems, safety concerns, or other circumstances.

9. Turnaround Times

Next-day turnaround is a service target for eligible orders and locations, not an unconditional guarantee.

Actual completion and delivery times may vary because of:

  • Order size or item type

  • Stain treatment or specialty-care requirements

  • Air-drying or low-heat requirements

  • Dry-cleaning or third-party processing

  • Pickup or delivery access

  • Weather, traffic, equipment failure, utility interruption, staffing limitations, or unusually high demand

  • Events outside our reasonable control

We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of a material delay. A delay does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, although we may provide an appropriate adjustment or service credit at our discretion or when required by law.

10. Cleaning and Processing Standards

We use commercially reasonable laundry-care methods and equipment appropriate for the selected Service.

Standard Wash & Fold orders belonging to different customers are processed separately. Within a customer’s order, items may be divided into multiple loads based on color, fabric, soil level, capacity, or care needs.

While we use reasonable care, laundering naturally involves risks. These include:

  • Ordinary wear and tear

  • Shrinkage

  • Color loss, fading, or bleeding

  • Pilling, stretching, or fabric distortion

  • Damage caused by weak seams, worn fabric, loose decorations, adhesive, or defective construction

  • Damage caused by inaccurate, missing, or unreadable care labels

  • Reactions involving previously applied chemicals, home remedies, bleach, cosmetics, medications, or cleaning products

  • Failure to remove permanent or previously treated stains

We do not guarantee complete stain or odor removal. Repeated treatment may create a risk of discoloration or fabric damage, and we may stop treatment when further attempts appear unsafe.

11. Allergies and Sensitivities

Laundry is processed in equipment that may also be used with detergents, fragrances, stain-removal products, oxygen-based cleaning products, or other laundry products.

Although we take reasonable steps to follow selected detergent preferences, trace residues or cross-contact may occur. “Free & Clear,” fragrance-free, hypoallergenic, eco-friendly, or similar descriptions do not guarantee that a product or processed item will cause no allergic or sensitivity reaction.

You are responsible for informing us of relevant sensitivities and deciding whether the Services are appropriate for your household, customers, employees, or other users.

12. Personal Property Left in Laundry

You are responsible for checking all pockets and removing personal property before submitting an order.

InvisiWash is not responsible for loss of or damage to currency, jewelry, electronics, keys, identification, medications, documents, or other personal property left inside bags, pockets, garments, or linens, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Items found during processing may be returned with the order, held temporarily, or disposed of when they are unsafe or have no reasonably apparent value.

13. Missing or Damaged Items

You must inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Claims involving a missing or damaged item should be reported in writing within five business days after delivery. The report should include:

  • Customer name and order information

  • A description of the affected item

  • A description of the problem

  • Photographs of damage when available

  • Proof of purchase or other evidence of age and value when reasonably available

Prompt reporting allows us to investigate processing and delivery records. A delayed report may limit our ability to verify or resolve a claim, but this section does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Do not repair, alter, clean, discard, or replace a claimed item before giving us a reasonable opportunity to inspect or evaluate it.

If we determine that an item was damaged or lost while in our care due to our failure to exercise reasonable care, available remedies may include re-cleaning, repair, a service credit, replacement, or reimbursement based on the item’s reasonable current value after considering its age, condition, ordinary wear, and available documentation.

We do not provide new replacement value for used items unless required by law. Sentimental value and consequential losses are not included when calculating the value of a claim.

14. Pricing, Charges, and Taxes

Prices are those displayed or quoted when the order is placed, subject to corrections for obvious errors, unauthorized promotions, overfilled bags, added services, or items requiring a different service category.

Applicable taxes, fees, minimums, recurring-plan pricing, and additional charges will be disclosed during checkout or in a commercial-service agreement when required.

Prices and service offerings may change for future orders. A price change will not ordinarily affect a completed one-time purchase unless the order was materially different from the service selected or the displayed price was an obvious error.

15. Payments

You authorize InvisiWash and its payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for:

  • One-time orders

  • Authorized additional services

  • Applicable taxes and disclosed fees

  • Recurring-plan charges

  • Amounts otherwise approved by you

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

If payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise unsuccessful, we may pause processing, withhold delivery where lawful, cancel the order, suspend recurring service, or request another payment method.

You agree to contact us promptly to attempt to resolve a billing concern before initiating a chargeback. This does not limit any lawful rights you have through your card issuer or financial institution.

16. Cancellations and Refunds

A one-time order may be canceled before pickup unless a different cancellation condition was clearly disclosed when ordering.

Once laundry has been picked up, processing has begun, or a separately ordered service has been committed to a third-party provider, the order may no longer qualify for cancellation or a full refund.

Completed Services are generally nonrefundable. If there is a verified service problem, we may offer re-cleaning, redelivery, a partial refund, or a service credit, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Any cancellation, missed-pickup, redelivery, or other fee will apply only when it was disclosed before the charge or separately authorized.

17. Recurring Plans and Automatic Renewal

This section applies when you enroll in a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or other automatically renewing plan.

Before enrollment, we will disclose the material recurring-plan terms, including:

  • The price and billing frequency

  • The frequency or amount of included Services

  • Any minimum commitment

  • How and when the plan automatically renews

  • How to cancel

  • Any material restrictions or promotional conditions

By enrolling, you authorize InvisiWash and its payment provider to charge your selected payment method automatically at the disclosed interval until you cancel or the plan ends.

We will provide an acknowledgment containing the material renewal and cancellation terms in a form you can retain. We will also provide renewal reminders and notices of material changes when required by applicable law.

You may cancel a recurring plan through any online cancellation method made available to you or by contacting:

Your cancellation must be received before the next scheduled charge to prevent that charge. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily create a refund for a billing period that has already begun, except when required by law or expressly stated in the applicable offer.

If a plan includes a free or discounted trial, introductory rate, minimum duration, or minimum purchase requirement, those conditions will be disclosed before enrollment.

We may change recurring-plan pricing or material benefits after providing advance notice required by law. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

18. Commercial Services

Commercial Services may be governed by a written proposal, service agreement, invoice, or statement of work containing additional terms.

If a commercial agreement conflicts with these Terms, the commercial agreement controls for the conflicting subject matter.

Commercial customers are responsible for identifying special processing, sanitation, regulatory, recordkeeping, textile, or handling requirements before service begins.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, InvisiWash does not provide regulated medical-laundry processing, sterilization, infection-control certification, food-processing certification, or hazardous-material handling.

19. Promotions, Credits, and Referral Offers

Promotions, discounts, referral rewards, and account credits may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, service-area limitations, and redemption conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Offers cannot be combined

  • Credits have no cash value

  • Credits cannot be transferred

  • Offers apply only to eligible future purchases

  • Fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive participation may result in cancellation of the offer or account

We may modify or end a promotion prospectively, subject to applicable law.

20. Website Use

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security

  • Attempt unauthorized access to an account, system, or data

  • Use automated means to scrape, copy, or overload the website

  • Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful information

  • Impersonate another person or business

  • Use the website or Services to violate applicable law or another person’s rights

Website content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, service descriptions, and branding, is owned by or licensed to InvisiWash and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website for its intended purpose.

21. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website and Services may rely on third-party providers for payments, hosting, communications, maps, logistics, dry cleaning, or other functions.

We are not responsible for the independent acts, websites, terms, or privacy practices of third parties that we do not control. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s separate terms.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Every stain or odor will be removed

  • Every item can be restored to its original appearance

  • The website will always operate without interruption or error

  • Every pickup or delivery will occur at an exact time

  • Services will meet requirements that were not disclosed and accepted before processing

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvisiWash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of use, or business interruption arising from the website or Services.

Claims for missing or damaged laundry are governed by Section 13.

For other claims, InvisiWash’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order or Service giving rise to the claim, except where a different remedy is required by applicable law.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse InvisiWash for reasonable losses, damages, claims, or expenses resulting from:

  • Hazardous, prohibited, contaminated, or unlawful items you submit without disclosure

  • Your misuse of the website or Services

  • Your material violation of these Terms

  • Your infringement of another person’s rights

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify InvisiWash for InvisiWash’s own negligence or unlawful conduct.

25. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

InvisiWash is not responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, wildfire, natural disaster, traffic disruption, accident, utility outage, equipment failure, labor shortage, public emergency, government action, supply disruption, or interruption of third-party services.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume affected Services.

26. Suspension and Termination

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate Services when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Nonpayment or payment disputes

  • Fraud or misuse

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Repeated missed pickups or inaccessible locations

  • Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful conduct

  • Submission of prohibited or hazardous items

  • Material violation of these Terms

  • Operational or service-area limitations

When practical, we will arrange for the return of customer property and address any amounts properly owed.

27. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, receipts, notices, and service communications electronically, including by email or through the website.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. Electronic notices are considered received when sent to the email address associated with your order or account, subject to applicable law.

SMS communications are separately governed by the SMS provisions in our Privacy Policy and any consent presented when you provide your telephone number.

28. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Services, prices, operations, or legal obligations.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes affecting a recurring plan will be communicated in advance when required by law.

Changes apply prospectively. The version in effect when a one-time order is placed generally governs that order. Continued use of an automatically renewing Service after the effective date of a properly disclosed change constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

29. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, legal proceedings relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Placer County, California.

Before filing a legal claim, the parties are encouraged to contact one another and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

30. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the affected provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the business.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the terms displayed during checkout, and any applicable written commercial-service agreement constitute the agreement between you and InvisiWash concerning the Services.
